Is it really free?

Yes. There is no fee to register or to run. Your pass and wristband are your entry.

What do I get at the venue?

A HUMRAAH wristband at check-in, water and carb stations on the route, and the chance to win prizes in your category. There are no t-shirts or kits.

I am not a serious runner. Can I still join?

Yes. Pick 3K if you want an easier distance. The Rage challenges and the Rave are for everyone.

Can I run both 3K and 5K?

Choose one distance when you register so prizes and timing stay fair.

I am under 18. Can I take part?

Yes, with a parent or guardian at check-in who signs for you.

I cannot make it any more.
